Meet the Founder

I’m Selina—the woman behind SHW—but before any of that, I was the woman who felt completely lost in her own health journey.

I didn’t have a coach.
I didn’t have a plan.
I didn’t have someone breaking things down or helping me stay consistent.
And honestly? I wish I would’ve had someone in my corner—someone who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself.

I’m a wife, a mom of four, working full-time while building this business, and I know what it feels like to juggle life and still want to show up as the strongest, healthiest version of yourself… but not know where to start or how to stay on track.

SHW was born from that place.

I built this for the women who feel overwhelmed, alone, or stuck.
For the women who want change but don’t know where to begin.
For the women who need things simple, clear, and doable in the middle of real life.

My mission is to give you what I never had:
a straightforward plan, a coach who genuinely cares, and a community that refuses to let you give up on yourself.
