Meet the Founder
I’m Selina, the creator and founder of SHW. I’m a wife, a mom of four, a full-time worker, and a business owner. I care deeply about my family and friends, and I do my best to keep up with a social life too. I know exactly what it feels like to juggle it all while still wanting to show up as the best version of yourself.
That’s why I built SHW: to give women like us a simple, sustainable plan that fits into real life, delivers lasting results, and creates a community where we can feel supported, empowered, and inspired to keep going.
